On July 10th, CALLS Shipping started the “Enciende tus Luces CALLS” workshop, as part of an ongoing program focused on the personal and professional development of our team. This workshop marked the beginning of a journey of growth and learning that culminated on September 25th with the Integration and Skills Workshop, the third and final stage of the program.

This final workshop brought all collaborators together in an inclusive experience to consolidate the lessons from previous stages. It was a space to strengthen team bonds and promote collaborative work towards shared goals.

A Transformative Program

The “Enciende tus Luces CALLS” program began in 2023 with a dynamic focused on personal self-awareness, followed by the group workshop in July, where team collaboration was prioritized. In this final stage on September 25th, the focus shifted to full team integration, successfully concluding this developmental journey while strengthening our organizational culture.
